Exercise - Finger Abduction Stretch




Do not pull the finger forward or back.

Position : Stand
Stand, arm elevated to 90 degree forward, seperate the fingers.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, Using other hand, further seperate the fingers. Feel for the stretch between the fingers. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
