Exercise - Finger Straightening Stretch




Do not twist the wristor bend the elbow.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees with palm facing towards the floor, hold a finger tip using other hand and move it towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and blades set. Breathe out, further move the finger towards the ceiling using other hand. Feel for the stretch on the palm. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull.
