Exercise - Forward Shoulder Raise With Theraband




Do not arch the back, shrug shoulders or bend the elbows.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and the centre of the resistance tube under the feet.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arms forward at shoulder level such that palm facing towards the floor. Breathe in, lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
