Exercise - Great Toe Extension Stretch




Do not move your ankle or hold other toes

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with both feet on the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set and blades set. Breathe out, hold the great toe with one hand and pull the toe towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch under the great toe and foot. Hold. Release the pull.
