DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one leg off the floor at hip level with knee bend (trying to cross the hurdle). Breathe in, lower the leg with a step forward. Switch sides. Increase the intensity as comfortable.
