Exercise - Leg Out-Twist with Theraband




Do not arch the back or lift the hip off the table or move the other leg.


Position : Sit
Sit with feet on the floor, tie one end of the theraband to the lower leg just above the ankle and the other end to a stable surface on the opposite side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the hip such that the foot is moving away from the body maintaining the knee angle. Breathe in, rotate the leg back to starting position. Repeat.
