Exercise - Lower Finger Isometric

 

Correct form

DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, bend the elbows, move the wrist towards the little finger, spread the fingers and touch the same fingers of the opposite hand.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and blades set. Breathe out, maintaining the wrist and finger position, press the fingers against each other. Hold. Breathe in, release the press. Repeat.
