Exercise - Lying Arm Lift With Dumbbell




Do not arch the back or shrug/round the shoulders or bend the elbow.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back, hips-knees bend to 90-90 degrees with feet on the floor and arm by the side holding dumbbell with thumb pointing towards the body.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arm overhead. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position.
