Exercise - Making Alphabets with Foot with Knee Extended




Do not curl the toes or bend the knee or rotate the leg

Position : Long Sitting
Sit with knees straight forward and toes pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, draw the alphabet with your foot by moving the ankle and keeping the knee and the leg stable. Draw the alphabet in upper and lower cases
