Exercise - One Hand Weight Bearing on Wall




Do not bend/lock the elbow or arch the back

Position : Stand
Stand facing the wall, elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees such that hands resting on the wall putting equal weight.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the elbow straight shift the weight on one hand and lift the other hand off the wall. Hold. Breathe in, shift the weight back to both hands. Repeat.
