Exercise - Prayer Stretch




Do not seperate the palms or shrug the shoulders.

Position : Stand
Stand/sit, bend the elbow, hands touching each other with palms facing each other and fingers pointing the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the palms against each other and slide it towards the feet. Palms should be touching each other through out. Feel for the stretch in front of forearm and wrist. Breathe in, release the stretch.
