Exercise - Pronation Stretch with Elbow Flexed




Do not move the shoulder, elbow or wrist.

Position : Sit
Sit, bend the elbow to 90 degrees, rotate the forearm such that thumb pointing towards you.


Form & Movement
Maintain blade set. Hold the forearm with other hand above the wrist and rotate the forearm in the direction of the thumb. Feel for the stretch in the forearm. Hold. Release the pull.
