DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, slide one hand from hip to lower back to mid back towards the neck. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
