DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arm elevated overhead on the opposite side with elbow bend and thumb facing towards the floor holding one end of the theraband and other end attached to the stable surface on the same side.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lower the arm diagonally to the same side of the hip, straightening the elbow and rotating the arm such that thumb pointing towards the floor. Breathe in, elevate the arm diagonally to starting position by bending the elbow and rotating the arm. Repeat.
