Exercise - Resistance Tube Sword-In




Do not arch back or twist the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand with fet hip-width apart, arm elevated overhead on the same side holding one end of the resistance tube and the other end tied overhead on the same side with elbow straight and thumb facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lower the arm diagonally to the opposite side of a hip, bending the elbow and rotation the arm such that thumb pointing towards the floor. Breathe in, elevate the arm diagonally back to starting position. Repeat.
