Exercise - Reverse Bicep Curl with Resistance Tube




Do not arch the back or move the elbows away from the trunk

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube with the centre of the tube passing under the feet, thumbs pointing towards each other.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the elbows. Breathe in, straighten the elbows to starting position. Repeat.
