Exercise - Shoulder Abduction Stretch with Other Hand




Do not round the shoulder or arch the back


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arm overhead by the side and bend the elbow.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the other hand pull the arm further towards the ear. Feel for the stretch under the shoulder. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull and lower the arm.
