DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arm to 90 degrees by the side, bend the elbow to 90 degrees such that hand facing forward, place another hand on the forearm just above the wrist.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the hand towards the ceiling against the resistance of another arm. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
