Exercise - Shoulder Flexion Stretch using Wall




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulder


Position : Stand
Stand facing the wall with feet hip-width apart.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the affected arm by sliding up on the wall, take a step towards the wall and feel for the stretch under the shoulder. Hold. Breathe in, take a step behind and lower the arm down to starting position
