Exercise - Shoulder Flexion Stretch with Other Hand




Do not arch the back or round the shoulder.

Position : Stand
Stand, bend the elbow and elevate the arm overhead.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Place the other hand on the elbow. Using the other hand pull the arm further in the same direction. Hold. Feel for the stretch in the under-arm. Breathe in, release the pull.
