Exercise - Shoulder Pendulum Anti-Clock Circle using Dumbbell




Do not arch/round the back or release chin tuck or shrug shoulders.


Position : Stand
Stand facing the back rest of the chair with one leg forward, hold a dumbbell in one hand and lean forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, hang the arm holding the dumbbell towards the floor and make a circle in anti-clockwise direction. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
