Exercise - Shoulder Pendulum Forward-Backward with Dumbbell




Do not arch/round the back or release chin tuck.


Position : Stand
Stand facing the back rest of the chair with one leg forward, hold a dumbbell in one hand and lean forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, hang the arm holding the dumbbell towards the floor and move it forward and backward. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
