Exercise - Side-Lying Knee Flexion




Do not arch back or move the leg forward.

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with legs straight forward and toes pointing forward, place a towel roll/pillow between the knees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend the straighten knee on the top. Breathe in, straighten it back to starting position. Repeat.
