Exercise - Side-lying Shoulder Internal Rotation in-gravity




Do not shrug/round the shoulder or move the elbow away from the body

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side such that affected arm in on the top, place a towel roll/pillow between the trunk and elbow, bend the elbow to 90 degrees.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the arm towards the floor. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
