Exercise - Single Leg Standing and Arch Build




Do not curl or lift the toes off the floor or lock the knee.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, lift one leg off the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, maintaining the balance, press the heel and the ball of the great toe on the floor such that the inner arch raises off the floor. Maintain the arch. Release the press. Repeat.
