Do not curl or lift the toes off the floor

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, press the heel and the ball of a great toe on the floor such that the inner arch raises off the floor. Maintain the arch. Release the press.
