Exercise - Standing Shoulder External Rotation using cane




Do not bend or straighten the elbow or move the elbow away from the trunk

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side, bend the elbow to 90 degrees such that hands facing forward, hold either ends of the cane.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the assistance of other hand and cane rotate the arm outwards/away from the body. Breathe in, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
