Exercise - Standing Shoulder Flexion




Do not arch the back or bend the elbow or rotate the arm

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side with thumb pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arm overhead. Breathe in, lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
