Exercise - Supination with Elbow Flexed




Do not move the wrist or lift the elbow off the arm rest

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest of the chair such that elbow is bend and thumb pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the forearm such that palm facing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
