Exercise - Supine PNF-D2 Extension




Do not arch the back, or round/shrug shoulder or bend the elbow.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arm elevated overhead on the same side with elbow straight and thumb facing towards the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lower the arm diagonally to the opposite side of a hip, bending the elbow and rotation the arm such that thumb pointing towards the floor. Breathe in, elevate the arm diagonally back to starting position. Repeat.
