Exercise - Supine PNF-D2 Flexion with Dumbbell




Do not twist the wrist or shrug/round the shoulder or arch the back

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, holding a dumbbell place the hand close to the opposite pocket/hip, elbow bend and thumb facing the body.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, straighten the elbow, rotate the forearm such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling and diagonally elevate the arm to the same side of the shoulder. Breathe out, bend the elbow, rotate the forearm and lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
