Exercise - Supine Shoulder Flexion using other Hand




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders


Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms by the side and place a towel roll under the exercising arm.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck blades set and core set. Breathe out, hold the affected arm above the wrist with the other hand and elevate the arm with the assistance of the other hand. Breathe in, lower the arm down to starting position. Repeat.
