Exercise - Supine Shoulder Internal Rotation




Do not arch the back or shrug/round the shoulder

Position : Supine
Lie on the back, bend the elbow to 90 degrees such that hand facing the ceiling, place a towel roll under the arm and elbow close to the body.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the arm inward towards the body without moving the elbow position. Breathe in,rotate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
