Exercise - Theraband Palm Down




Do not move the elbow or rotate the shoulder.


Position : Sit
Sit, rest the forearm on the thigh with elbow bend and thumb pointing towards the ceiling, hold one end of the theraband and tie the other end to the stable surface on the same side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the forearm such that palm facing towards the floor. Breathe in, back to starting positon. Repeat.
