Exercise - Towel Circles on Wall in Abduction




Do not release the wall push, or bend/lock the elbow

Position : Stand
Stand next to a wall, elevate the arm to 90 degrees by the side keeping the elbow straight, place a towel under the hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the wall. Maintaining the push make circles using the towel in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction
