Exercise - Towel Circles on Wall in Flexion




Do not release the wall push, or bend/lock the elbow or release the chin tuck.

Position : Stand
Stand facing a wall, holding a towel elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees, place the hand and the towel on the wall such that fingers facing the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the wall. Maintaining the push make circles using the towel in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. Repeat.
