Exercise - Tricep Curl with Dumbbell




Do not arch the back or move the elbow away from the ear.

Position : Stand
Stand, elevate the arm overhead, bend the elbow completely holding the dumbbell such that elbow is close to the ear.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, straighten the elbow without moving the upper arm and keeping the elbow close to the ear. Breath in, bend the elbow to starting position. Repeat.
