Exercise - Triceps Stretch




Do not shrug/round the shoulders, arch the back or move the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arm overhead, bend the elbow, hold the elbow with other hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, further elevate the arm using the other hand. Feel for the stretch under the armpit and in the tricep. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
