Exercise - Wrist Flexion Stretch with Elbow Flexed




Do not bend the elbow or twist the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest with palm facing towards the ceiling, move the wrist towards the ceiling, place another hand on the back of the hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the other hand further move the hand towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch on the back of the wrist and forearm. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
