DIRECTIONS

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and palm facing towards the ceiling, hold the ends of the theraband with both hands placed one above the other.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand towards the ceiling pulling the theraband. Breathe in, lower the hand back to starting position. Repeat.
