Breathe out, pull the belly button towards the spine as if flattening the back and touching the floor.
Hold.
Breathe in, back to starting position.
Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes pointing forward.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, look up, walk forward such that the heel of the front foot is touching the toes of the back foot.
Keep looking towards the ceiling.
Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line.
On 4s such that wrists under the shoulders and knees under the hips.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe out, squeezing the buttocks and maintaining the knee at 90 degrees,lift the knee towards the ceiling by the side.
Breathe in, lower the knee back to the floor.
Repeat.
