Recommended Exercise - Double Leg Lift with Knees Flex
Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift both feet off the floor such that knees bend at 90 degrees. Breathe in, lower the feet on the floor maintaining knees at 90 degrees. Repeat.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Tandem Walk with Head Up
Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes pointing forward.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, look up, walk forward such that the heel of the front foot is touching the toes of the back foot. Keep looking towards the ceiling. Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Mini T Side Bend On Gym Ball
Position : Sit
Sit on the gym ball with feet on the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees, hands behind the head with elbows pointing away from each other.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the trunk to one side as if trying to reach the elbow towards the floor. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat by alternating the direction.Exercise Video
Recommended Exercise - Mini Squat holding a Chair
Position : Stand
Stand facing the chair, rest the hand on the chair for support/balance if required.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend both the knees and lower towards the floor by 30 degrees as if sitting back on the chair (squat). Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and push up to starting position. Repeat.Exercise Video
