Exercise - Fore Arm Initial Range Out Twist Isometric




Do not move the elbow or wrist or rotate the shoulder.

Position : Sit
Sit, bend the elbow such that the forearm is resting on the thigh with palm facing towards the floor, place another hand on the forearm just above the wrist.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, try rotating the forearm towards the floor against the resistance of another hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance and back to starting position. Repeat.
