Exercise - Hammer Curl with Resistance Tube




Do not arch the back or move the elbows away from the trunk or arch the back.


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by the side holding either ends of the resistance tube and the centre of the resistance tube under the feet.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the elbows such that thumbs pointing towards the ceiling and elbows close to the trunk. Breathe in, straighten the elbows to starting position. Repeat.
