Exercise - Inversion with Knee Extended




Do not lock or bend the knee or rotate the hip

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs straight forward and toes pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, move the foot towards the other leg. Breathe in, foot back to starting position such that toes pointing towards the celling. Repeat.
