Exercise - Leg In-Twist




Do not arch the back or lift the hip off the table

Position : Sit
Sit on the table, knees bend to 90 degrees, leg off the floor and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blade set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the hip such that the foot is moving towards the body. Breathe in, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
