Exercise - Leg Out-Twist




Do not arch the back or lift the hip off the table.

Position : Sit
Sit on the table with feet on the floor, arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blade set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the hip such that the foot is moving away from the body. Breathe in, untwist to starting position. Repeat.
