Exercise - Making Numbers with Foot on Chair




Do not curl the toes or straighten the knee or rotate the leg.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with one foot off the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, draw the numbers with your foot by moving the ankle in the air and keeping the leg stable. Breathe in, back to resting posiiton.
