DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand on 2 pillows with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift one leg off the pillow by bending the knee such that knee is at hip level. Breathe in, lower the leg on the pillow and lift other leg. Repeat alternately.
