DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand, bend the elbow to 90 degrees with elbow close to the body such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling and place the other hand on the outer aspect of the forearm above the wrist.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the shoulder outwards against the hand which is pulling the arm towards the stomach. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
